Endlich starte ich mit meinem Blog. Ich freue mich!
Lange habe ich überlegt, ob ich auch auf diesem Wege Menschen in Ihrer Gesundheit unterstützen kann.
Ich denke, ja. Denn es ist meine Leidenschaft.
Ich habe gemerkt, das ich bei meiner Arbeit, Menschen inspirieren und Sie dabei voller Begeisterung für ihre Gesundheit mit Lebensfreude unterstützen kann, auch mit leckeren Rezepten und Tipps für den Alltag.
Natürlich ist unsere artgerechte Ernährung ein zentraler Faktor für unsere Gesundheit. Oft steckt hinter der „gesunden Ernährung“ ein Optimierungswahn für mehr Leistung, damit wir noch besser funktionieren…
Ich denke, da bleibt die Lebensfreude auf der Strecke, da das Finden nach dem richtigen Essen, wieder nur Stress im Alltag bedeutet. Aber wie sollten wir uns auf allen Ebenen des Lebens nähren?
Die Antwort liegt in der Frage: Wie sieht eure Vision von Gesundheit aus?
Ich will ich euch helfen und anregen, euch selbst wieder in den Focus zu stellen. Was tut mir gut? Wann benötige ich Ruhe? Wann habe ich wieder richtige Freude gespürt? Was schmeckt mir?
Meine Mission: Euch dabei zu unterstützen, es heraus zu finden und es mit Leichtigkeit in euren Alltag zu integrieren.
Alles läuft über den Kopf, aber was sagt euer Bauchgefühl? Und da fängt der Genuss mit Sinn an.
